Most people will start feeling the effects after 2-3 weeks. For others, it may take 5-6 weeks. It’s important to maintain the initial intake of 120 ml daily (4 cups) until you feel the effects. Only after that can you reduce it to 60 ml per day (2 cups).

If the menopause symptoms return when taking 60 ml per day, it may be necessary to increase the daily intake back to 120 ml.

It’s entirely natural for some women to experience a decrease in effect after a period; if you notice this, you should increase the intake back to the high intake of 120 ml daily until you experience good results again. From there, you can experiment with reducing the daily intake again.

No, we have not found a solution to produce fermented red clover in powder form where the live lactic acid bacteria can survive the process yet.

Yes, you can drink REGOPUR even if you have had your gallbladder removed. The gallbladder only functions as a reservoir for the already produced bile. This means you still produce bile in your liver. Dandelion can still contribute to stomach and liver function, and the live lactic acid bacteria can colonize the intestinal system.

Yes, you can. However, we recommend caution when starting, and you may want to consult your doctor before use.

You can take REGOBONE as long as you need/want to maintain your bone health.

Yes, we have many users who drink REGOPUR along with one of our other extracts. However, we recommend starting with one product first and then gradually adding another.

However, we do not recommend drinking multiple red clover products simultaneously.

All our herbal extracts are made from fresh, organic herbs from fields on the island Funen and are fermented with lactic acid bacteria. They are not pasteurized or supplemented with preservatives. This means that the herbal extracts are living natural products where taste and consistency can vary from harvest to harvest and therefore from batch to batch.

No, there are no registered side effects for any of the extracts. Some individuals may experience a slight bloating and/or loose stools at the beginning. This is due to the body not being used to the low pH value and the lactic acid bacteria. Our recommendation would be to reduce the daily intake until the body has adjusted to the extract, and the symptoms are no longer experienced.
