About Herrens Mark
Herrens Mark originates from Broendegården, Michael Mohr Jensen's four-winged farm on the island of Funen - Denmark, where he cultivates the same fields as his grandfather and great-grandfather. Here, he develops, produces, and sells herbal extracts that can promote the body's natural processes and contribute to balance in body and soul.
Production
At Herrens Mark, we oversee the entire process from farm to table, from sowing seeds and harvesting herbs to fermentation and bottling. Having complete control over production provides a sense of security.
Sustainability
At Herrens Mark, we have a stance on the world we pass on to future generations. We have therefore implemented several initiatives to enhance sustainability, not only in the production of our herbal extracts but also in our way of life. We grow organic vegetables for our own consumption and strive to live a vegetarian lifestyle, choosing produce that are in season.
Life at Herrens Mark
The place buzzes with life year-round, as in addition to the permanent staff at Herrens Mark, Broendegården is also home to Michael's wife, Helle Wullf Hansen, who works as a craniosacral therapist and as a pilates and movement teacher.
Vision
At Herrens Mark, we believe that quality of life is achieved through a life in balance, and that nature can contribute to promoting the processes that regulate the body and mind back to this natural balance.
